This change will allow us to provide a better customer service to our non-Irish customers.

New Discounting Policy
On the bright side, we are introducing a new discounting system that will benefit customers if they have multiple devices.
Moocall Calving Sensor owners will receive a discount to their annual renewal costs depending on how many devices they are renewing. Here’s the breakdown:
- If you own 2 calving sensors, you will get a 10% discount on your annual renewal cost per calving sensor.
- If you own 5 calving sensors, you will instead get a 15% discount on your renewal cost per calving sensor.
- If you own 8 or more calving sensors, you will get a 20% discount on your annual renewal cost per calving sensor.
Moocall HEAT customers will get similar discounts to their annual renewal costs when they have multiple bull collars.
- If you own 2 Moocall HEAT collars, you will get a 10% discount on your renewal cost per calving sensor.
- If you own 5 Moocall HEAT collars, you will instead get a 15% discount on your annual renewal cost per calving sensor.
- If you own 6 or more Moocall HEAT collars, you will get a 20% discount on your annual renewal cost per calving sensor.
- If you own both Calving Sensors and Moocall HEAT collars, you will get an additional 10% off the price (after the initial discount is deducted).
